My dad, in the introduction to the routine mentions that after developing this routine he went on to develop "A Poker Nightmare". This routine is also in this same book.

I di not remember my dad performing Super Optical Illusion, but I do remember Poker Nightmare, and it is truly one of my favorite memories of him performing.
