Can anyone do these off the dvd.
How long did it take to learn them and do they get good reactions? |

It's not the cuts themselves that are hard, but there are certain moves that can be difficult to pull off if you don't have Cap's HUGE hands
Obviously, the hardest cut is the CapCut, which will take you a while to master. As long as you keep working on them, you should be able to get them all mastered. It does get frustrating, though, I must admit!

You don't need big hands to do this. There were kids from the magic camp doing Cap's stuff. I think the fingers need to be more flexible as opposed to big to do these types of flourishes.

Flexibility helps, but some of the moves would definitely be easier if you have big hands. Not to say that they are impossible with smaller hands, but big hands help.

I definitely agree with you Corey, but I think with certain moves, big hands help a lot. It still takes work, big or small hands, but it is not impossible to do with small hands. Look at the stuff Jay Sankey does (one handed top palms, etc.).

I don't do all of them, I just picked my favorites. I find that ones like to porcupine and capcut look great, but you lose your audience. With cards, you have to be fast and in their face. Nobody wants to sit for half a minute watching you build up a cut.
