John Cesta's "Famous People"
Reviewed by: aaron John, I was very impressed upon opening the quick download magic trick “Famous People” from http://www.professionalmagicroutines.com, that it included so much artwork. When I saw the last high quality picture, I got excited and knew this one was going to be a winner! There is something about it that is so shocking and comic that John, you are correct when you describe how some volunteers simply stare at it in awe! I love it. There is so much that can be done with this routine! I am so impressed with your educational presentation that is included in it’s full, detailed length. Anyone who wants to entertain, inform and impress at an educational show will lavish each structured word of the routine. I actually learned a lot just reading your well researched facts! But it’s even more than that… John, your props open a floodgate of ideas, jokes, bits and pieces that can be added in. I have already formed a comedy routine in my head that adds in a photo of Michael Jackson! (lol) I’ll keep that to myself, for now. Anyone who performs for schools, summer camps, scouts, motivational programs or even churches will love the routine and the downloadable props. Oh yeah, although this one plays for stage, I love the idea you give to turn this into a close-up routine as well. (pocket version) While I am no professional, I felt I was taking a closer step toward that after learning “Famous People” and preparing it for performance. I look forward to ordering other of your downloads soon! Thanks for sharing these GREAT routines with the magic community John. aaron |

Hi Al, thanx.
I still come by a little, but I have found some new intrests, and I have not decided to be a magician for my whole life. I think I will always perform, one way or another, but I have joined an acting club and I really like that. One day I might even move to Cali & maybe you'll see me on tv or something?!? I also like writing and have started a book, some poems. I also play a LOT of basketball (despite my height)...Gosh, I don't know what I want to "be"! |

There are many actors here. A little time off for a young man to evaluate his options is a good idea. I went to college, and got an electrical enginering degree, which I never fit into, so at the age of 42 years old I found out for sure that making people laugh was my true calling. Enjoy life my friend, you would not like the alternitive. Al Angello

Thanks to John for sending me this routine to evaluate. My first impression is that there's quite a bit of routine to go through and consider. It's nothing short of thorough. I will post more thoughts on this routine when I have had time to go through it.

I have to agree with Jeff, I downloaded/printed it over the weekend, and haven't even had a chance to remove them from the printer tray yet! When I do, I'll be sure to let everybody know what I think! Looks very promising, though.
