Thanks,

I would be very cautious about buying illusion props on e-Bay. I bought a zigzag girl on it. The only problem that I was told of was that the track for the middle box needed to be repaired and they would send wooden molding for it. Needless to say, the boxes were extremely flimsy, the top box shook when you slid the middle over, and the wood that the prop was made from was not good quality (I had two other magicians look at it and it was really the wrong wood used).

Just let me warn anyone who buys props off of e-bay, make sure you get all details of the prop.

God I feel so sorry for the fellows that put there trust in such a low life

Now from what I've heard the first three videos are really good, especially the one on bases and stairs and such.

Is this true?

Also is there a site on the internet selling the dvd's? I've only been able to find VHS.

I have the first DVD (Vol 1 and 2) on steps and bases and found it very informative. I never really knew how a base was properly used and seeing it build step by step was very helpful.

I don't have the 2nd DVD (Vol. 3 and 4) since I heard terrible reviews for it.

Either way, here's a link to the dvd:

The first three videos were VERY good, that is why the 4th was such a let down.

The material on it should have been used as filler on the first ones, not issued as a separate video. Especially at the prices we originally paid.

Just an FYI,,,, I just purchased Rand's Chalet Mini Cub Zag,, he was very good to deal with honest and was a pleasure to deal with. He has been with Carnvial a long time,,, I have delt with him before and met him once,, he was very kind and giving of his time. My dealings with him were just two weeks ago,,

Hey Don,

How much did you pay for the prop? I would be nice to you to.

I haven’t seen the 4th video but I must say his videos gave us all a unique look at how some of the props where builds. A different perspective on Illusions building then just reading about the construction.
