With due defference to Yomo, Kihei has my answer but to expand on it...the person doing the threat would have to be very stupid to begin with...so I would talk him/her into a REVERSE Bullet Catch.

I'd have someone hide A "Cure" for whatever was killing me somewhere in the room. Do a little "Hellstromism" routine and find the "Cure".
......If that didn't work, I'd do a quick "Got Your Nose" and run.
