So, I see from your signature that you are advertising some of your products as well. Care to comment further?

Tony has a paid ad for his excellent ebook. It's right inside the "Penny for your thoughts" section. It's a caricature of Tony. Bill is the Café's resident curmudgeon, I'm pretty sure that means "grouchy old guy" Wait, let me check my Webster's.......... Yep, "Grouchy old guy" doesn't mention Sherwood gold plated cup on their head, but I think it fits anyway. I know, I know, you picked up a bunch of these to sell and help out the other magicians but actually, the rules are pretty clear, just no one has reported you to the mods. James

Profit? Who mentioned profit. I have not made a penny on the very few decks that I have sold here on the Café. (Roughly 6 decks.) I purchased a quantity from Trevor, and after postage from SA, import duty, import VAT, and delivery by courier from Heathrow the decks work out at 9 GBP. After I have paid 1st class post to the states I gain nothing. I am not after a profit from these decks at all. My routine is also part of the effect and is free too.
I am amazed at this assumption by some people here on the Café. Of course, if I had enough of these decks, I would pay for an add. The non profit add has now gone. |
