Is there any way to order Spellman's and Nardi's no chance dice without the entire package?

Or make them.
Electric drill, white dice and a sharpie to fill the holes.
The end result looks better than the original dice I have to say...
I find myself modifying/improving the spots on the other sides
with a sharpie to get the look of my newly drilled/modified holes.

Another thing...I have tried this with red dice too and find that the drill
causes a whitish hole which requires no "touching" up to give a white spots look.
This is so simple to do, it's worth a try.

Cheers,
Tom

Just another tip....
Draw diagonal lines across the face of the die in pencil.
If you draw lines across all the pips and the diagonals, you can
get the hole in the exact place. Don't try to eyeball it and drill.

I also used a smaller wood drill...to drill the initial hole, then
widened it with normal/standard bit used for metal or whatever.

The advantage of the initial wood drill bit is that it has a very sharp needle-like centre. It wont slip across the die.

It's great for creating the small pilot hole.
Then put a larger normal drill bit in the size of the spots.
You have the small pilot hole so it wont slip and you get a perfect hole.

It may sound tricky, but I tried it just for the fun of it and the great result
blew me away. I never thought I would be able to hand make them to look this good.

Yes Bobby, they are white, almost 16 millimeters big, white with black inlays.

And I LOVE'M!

Hope this helps.

I still have a couple extra 18mm, red with white spots (drilled), both with no 3s.

If I were to skip the home-made method (u don't want to know what damage I can do with a drill!), and opt for the "double dice" suggestion given by Malchat, is there a place I can get them from an american company?
