I use ACT 6.0 for my contact management and my calender. I find that I get a lot of calls when I am out and about, and I do not want to have to call the client back, I would rather book then and there.
I have begun keeping a printout of my current scheduled bookings with me whenever I leave the house, but that can be cumbersome. I have thought about getting a PDA (they are so inexpensive these days), but I have heard that it is often difficult to get them to sync with ACT. So, what do you folks do? Any suggestions?

You're not going to like my answer...
Switch to Outlook and carry a PDA. My blackberry syncs with my computer every night. |

Why not just buy ACT for Palm?
I've owned a Palm handheld since the Handspring days and have gone through many since then, currently using a Tungston T3. I've synced with Lotus Organizer back in the day, and since I've made the best move of my life (I'm all Mac now), my PDA syncs flawlessly with iCal and Address Book. You'll love having a PDA and think of all the paper you'll save by not having to printout your schedule each time you update it. Scott |

Sadly, ACT for Palm is only compatible with fairly recent versions of ACT. My version is 6.0, ans was released in 2002.
