I think some ( including myself initially) though that you would get the whole, oh your like that David Blaine guy..or other ways of saying you just copying him. Although in reality I never found that , only once did someone say but I bet you float like that TV guy.
I actually now think it will help mentalists as whole in the US as it will raise and make popular the type of Mind effect that can be done, and move it away from playing card ties and Gold jackets with tassels ( sadly having to retire my own wardrobe). So Derren in the US will perhaps make the distinction between magic and mentalism?, and give another side to magic.
I do look forward to the day when you post something constructive.

Btw. seems like they'll show a mixture of his earlier specials and the new ones.. Those who know the shows will recognize the effects.

Back Again! Derren Brown's Mind Reader Show To Tour in 2008
-London, West End shows planned- Derren's 2007 show, Mind Reader - An Evening of Wonders will tour again in the first quarter of 2008 in different cities and venues. It is also intended to do a London, West End season.
