Joshua Jay ends his flipper/shell routine by placing the shelled coin beneath his wrist watch. It really looks clean and magical. See his booklet "Sleight of Hand and a Twist of Fate".

Or If your not wearing a watch you can use Harada Hold. But yeah the wrist watch idea is really the cleanests since you can do it in short sleeves.
