It happens to me a lot as well.

I just look at it like this. My grandfather always said this to me and it does help.

Yes, who copied righted comedy magicain? Shall we all remove that form our sites today?

I think there's nothing wrong with people using "Comedy Magician" if that's in fact what you are. But as DannyDoyle said, too often its used to describe the tricks rather than the show.

Besides, what I was talking about was a specific phrase used in these guys' copy. "Unique blend of comedy and magic." I just think its kind of ironic how often you see that phrase.

I just found another guy taking "inspiration" from my site - this time Scott Wells. He hasn't copied the text, rather made a botched copy of the design.

First see this site (this an archive of my website from 3.5 years ago)

Now see

Hey Rob,
I was just wondering - did you design your site yourself or did you buy/download a template for it - it looks like that is what has happened - the same template is being used by two people. If you didn't design it and you purchased it then it would seem ok for someone else to have something very similar if they purchased it as well.

Of course, I also could have no clue about what I'm talking about.

That version of the site was designed by myself. Not a template. I wouldn't have posted if I didn't know 100% that I have been copied.
