I've never had any issues with elmwoodmagic.com (parents of thecentertear.com).

Dealing with Richard Busch was a true pleasure with rapid shipping and other little things.

Chuck Hickok's service was phenomenal as were his products. My only regret with Chuck was not picking up one other thing when I ordered, so that is really saying something.

The Center Tear is just a division of Elmwood Magic. It is my preference to keep my distance from it as I think it makes it too easy for monkeys from the general public to use the internet to begin to harvest inside knowledge--more so than a general magic store where the mentalism offerings may not stand out and may be harder to find.
