Hi. I am totally new to this & have just purchased 2wo faced DVD & some sponge rabbits. Does anyone know of any info on how to "palm" the rabbits? The explanation sheet does not cover that.

I would highly recommend that you pick up some books to help you with some of the basics. A great one to start with that shouldn't cost much is "Mark Wilson's Complete Course in Magic". I just did a quick search on eBay and found one.

Check out a book on palming at your library or nearest book store.

Or how about asking it to publisher of the DVD.
I wonder why you can't see how to Palm rabitts when DVD is explaining the trick. I believe the magician in the DVD must showing how to Palm them. If he is not, such DVD is the garbage. Hideo Kato |

Joining a magic club is a great idea for anyone. You can share and learn many things there. And please don't forget to read books first. For my opinion you must always have a dream about your magic.

Hideo-san: The 3D Rabbits comes with detailed written instructions but they do not come with a teaching DVD.
Petrolhead: The instructions with the rabbits are clearly written and illustrated. Perhaps if you get the Royal Magic Sponge Ball DVD and learn the basics of sponge magic it will help you learn how to do the trick with the sponge rabbits. A book on beginning magic would help also. Mark Wilson Course has been suggested. I would add (don't be fooled by the title) Magic For Dummies, it is great book for beginners, the tricks aren't hard and they are very mystifying and entertaining. PS: most of the tricks Criss Angel teaches in his book and DVD set are in Magic For Dummies. One of Criss' advisers (Johnnie Thompson) contributed to Magic for Dummies.

I second, "Mark Wilson's Complete Course in Magic". It will not only teach you about sponge balls, but you will also learn card, money, rope....basically all forms of magic are in this book for maybe $20.00.
I purchased sponge rabbits a year or so ago, and they came with an explanation sheet. It should tell you how to perform the trick. It might not be very clear and have only one picture, but there should be some sort of explanation on how to perform it. |

I have seen friends do snippets of the 3D Bunnies. I think that they could be done with the Wilson book, and a little imagination.
That's the key -imagination-. the mechanics of the Palm are in the Wilson books and the several cheap Dvds available dealing with sponges.
Magic is doing improbable things with odd items that, under normal circumstances, would be unnessecary and quite often undesirable.
