We have talked about coins vs. cards in the past. But what about CDs. Which do you think is harder to manipulate? (regular size CDs, not mini)

The CDs are thinner and you can produce more. The hole at the center of the CD helps, technically.

Correct, but the CDs are harder to hide. I have been playing with them recently.

I agree with you, Mike. They are very angle sensitive. This is why I had to modify the way of palming to suit my hands. You really need the 'modified' Tenkai Palm for it.

Only if the holes were enlarged would you be able to execute the 'perfect palm' and the 'modified' Tenkai palm better.

They can not be performed with regular CD sized holes. The Manipulation CDs holes come the right size. With regular CDs, the hole would have to be made bigger.

I have to enlarge all of the holes for my manipulation CDs, Mike. Eventhough the center holes are larger than the normal CDs, they are still not large enough.

After enlarging them slightly bigger I find I can execute the moves better and can hold more of them with my hands.

I might experiment with mine buy making them bigger.

I am not sure I like the clink of the CD's.....

I do not like the click either. But it does not matter to me because I will play music during my CD performance. Of course the music will hide the clicking.
