ASW: Hey, if I could "relax," I'd be 6 feet, 4 inches tall! How about this - my response to you was also TONGUE IN CHEEK. You don't think for a moment that I'd take you seriously, do you? I think, perhaps, if anyone needs to "relax," it's you. If you want to dish it out, learn to take it, buddy.
Bugjack: Wish I knew what you meant by "a smaller, less-omnibus style" book. Don't know if I've ever written one of those! You wrote: "I'd like something that's about cards or mostly cards; is well written and with a personal and engaging style (i.e., not a dry book of card-trick recipes); and which mixes theory and thoughts on card magic with the effects and sleights."
