I know that many children's entertainers use costumes and such to dress up the kids for routines. I also do this.
I was wondering if anyone uses any kind of anti-bacterial spray or anything, especially for hats. For one of my routines, I have the child wear a big, felt top hat. They only wear it for a few minutes, but I would want to avoid the possibility of head lice or other grossness. Any recommendations?

Sorry, perhaps Lysol?? This is a issue for me too.
I really enjoyed your ebook on Business cards ( http://www.TransformYourBusinessCard.com ), and signed up for your mailing list. JFYI, several links on your web page " http://bizwarrioronline.com/ " are broken: "Products", "Press Room" & "Resources" |

Yup!
A quick spray after each show of good 'ol Lysol has worked for me on the hat in my act for over 25 years! =Frank=

No advice just my usual nonsense:
Shortly after I got my hat a child put it on his head and I came out with; "Have you got lice?" "No" "You have now!" I use it quiet often now but it's never been as funny as when I ad-libbed it. I heard Groucho Marx call a hat a "flea incubator" recently (Go West, maybe) and that tickled me. Where do they go in winter? George |

I also use Lysol spray disinfectant. There is a new product out called "Clorox Anywhere", but it's only for hard surfaces.

Anti-bacterial sprays won't help with any type of lice, you do know that, right?

The lice will be nice and clean while crawling all over the next child though....
