Why thank you very much Dan. I really appreciate that.

Thank you as well Duane. My parents would be happy. lol They helped pay my way through 5 years of art school to get a double degree in graphic design and illustration. I owe them a lot. Any ways, thanks so much.

Hi Tod,

I actually have a couple different options or choices I have done for other people that is really based upon what your needs are. Some just need or want a nice RFA style art image while others want a full RFA brand logo, and full identity. Let melist below what type of options I have done for others in hopes this may help you.

RFA Options:

Realistic Figure Art Image Only:
B+W Artwork / Color Artwork /electronic files in various formats

- I design you a full RFA style image based upon a photo that you send and choose for me. (this is just the image and no type as seen above. It is basically your image and photo done up in an RFA style).
- I design you an option in Black and White and provide you a color version as well
- Final artwork will be supplied to you via email for printing and for yourself - Includes PC files as well as files for web and your home applications.

RFA Identity Design:
B+W Artwork and Logo / Color Artwork and logo /Business Card / Stationary Design / electronic files in various formats

- I design you a full RFA style image based upon a photo that you send and choose for me.
- I design you an option in Black and White and provide you a color version as well
- I also then take the artwork and create a logo so that the artwork image wqorks with type as a unified logo mark. Iprovide you with a black and white logo and a color logo
- Logo formats via email for yourself and the printer - files include printer files, PC files and web based files (EPS, JPG, GIF and Vector formats)
- business card design is created based on your new logo
- stationary design is created based on your logo

Please PM me if anyone is intersted in pricing for these. I just did not feel it approriate for me to post pricing in an open forum like this. I hope you do understand. So if anyone is interested, please just PM me or email me directly. My pleasure.

I hope that this has answered some of your questions. If I can be of further assistance to you or answer any questions you may have about your own design needs and marketing possibilities, please let me know. It would be my pleasure to help you out if I can.

Thanks again all. I appreciate the kind words.

Thanks Dennis. I am enjoying creating the new logo for Tom. I just need him to get back in touch with me and let me know if everything is looking good on the black and white logo version. If you see him, please let him know I need him to email me letting me know if it is ok to go to the next stage with adding color to the logo. Thanks Den. Much appreciated. =)

Tod. Thank you my friend. For myself, my talent is certainly god given. I do not recall ever a time when I couldn't draw. My mom says that I was drawing and coloring long before I could even walk or talk. I am just really grateful for being able to do what I do.

Wow! Beautiful stuff! Kyle, I knew you were an artist, but I was thinking it was more along the line of computer graphics. I had no idea you could draw so well! I may be interested in something a little later down the road.

Not a problem at all Regan. Thanks for the kind words. I actually have a degree in both graphic design and illustration so I actually use both in my line of work. The RFA logos shown above all started as hand drawn art on paper.I then end up redoing that art by hand on a computer so that they become hand drawn vector artwork. The benefit of this is that they now can be scaled to any size at all and they retain absolute quality. You never have a problem with them looking bad. I can also then make tweaks and edits with ease anytime I need to. Thanks again for the complements Regan.

Kyle,

Does this mean with vector drawings, if one gains a few pounds over the years, all you have to do is just pull the stomach points out on either side and call it good Smile

Tod: hehehe as funny as that sounds.. that is exactly what it means. lol With a vector based art file (as I know you are aware of this my friend) I can change and alter anything over time. So should you suddenly become the Michelon man I can alter it much easier then having to recreate everything from scratch. lol

Actually I could. lol I use Photoshop every day ever since I got our of design school. You name it, I have probably done it before. I once spent a week redoing an annual report photo of the executives because they fired half of them a week after the photoshoot was taken. I had to make up people's arms, insert people etc. I felt like Dr. Frankenstein. It came out great though. I also once did before and after photos for a weight loss center and I had to do the after shots before they actually lost weight. The idea was to be able to show the client what they could look like if they spent a ton of money on their food. It was a fun project nonetheless. So, yeah.. I could probably make anyone look like Fabio or any girl look like a movie star. lol

Kyle,

Great work. I haven't seen some of your more recent products. I like the way it has progressed. Very clean.

I don't want to sidetrack the thread, but its related to photoshop. Have you seen the Dove Photoshop video on how much work is done on fashion models (here)?

Anyway, great work.

Thanks Scott. My Realistic Figure Art approach has changed and grown the more I have developed it. I just wanted a different style to mete my clients needs and real caraicature style I just realized I did not have the knack for. The RFA style and approach just works well for me and gives people a different option to go with depending upon what their marketing goals are.

The process I use allows for the person to not be exaggerated in the features. It is more a closer and realistic look of how they truely are based upon their photo they supply to me. It works great because I create it in vector art so it can be scaled to any size without any loss of quality at all (then again I know you already know this) hehehe.

I am actually just working on an RFA logo now for a mentalist. It is coming along really great as we are playing up the eyes more on the logo.

Yeah, I have seen that. It does not surprise me at all though. As a designer, I use Photoshop every day and have had to do some major editing work from time to time. I do photo retouching for clients as well.

Thanks again.
