Agreed - John will be more than happy to answer your question, he's a great guy. I remember that prop and think it might have been built by Magic Makers. But, he'll be better able to assist you.

I agree - Call John. He may even be able to bild it for you if interested.
He is pretty busy building but his email is on his website and he responds pretty quickly.

Sterlini builds and sells his own stuff. Go to the magic shop link on his web site and look.

Does he have permission from Chuck Jones to make these?

Pete!

Chuck Jones? I thought that Bev Bergeron claimed inventorship of the MisMade...

along with Les Smith and about a dozen other magi/builders.

I hate to say this.. but by now.. this is in the public domain....

Pray tell, how do you know it is in the public domain?

For all intents and purposes, the Mismade Girl has become as ubiquitous as the Zig Zag Girl. Sorry Chuck.....or Bev....or whoever.

Pete says.....

"Does he have permission from Chuck Jones to make these?"

Hey Pete,

Is this tongue in cheek, or serious?? I have never heard of anyone getting rights from Chuck, or any builder claiming their product came with rights from him for this illusion.

Would like to hear, as there is much "he says, they say" with regards who did what with this illusion.

Paul Osborne sells plans for the Mis-Made Woman. If I buy a set of these plans and build the unit, are ya'll saying I can’t perform it or sell it, 'cause someone else claims the rights?

Greetings. Actually, it was a Magic Makers model that we reworked. (M-Illusion you advance to the bonus round!)I love to buy new props and redo them. (Yeah, I know it makes no sense-like buying a new car and ripping the engine apart). Unfortunately, without getting into the rights issues, etc, we are far too backed up to build one. I'm too busy building Origami's, Interludes and Blaney Ladder Levitations.
