Can anyone tell me where to find info on a coin Muscle Pass?
This seems where you can lay your hand down flat on a desk and make a coin jump into the air. I just read about a magic competition in Genii magazine and am interested in learning this move. |

Yeah coinvanish.com. Dan provides a very good explanation on it, though you might have to find your own 'sweet spot', and that may take a while. But just work on it and reap the rewards.

I've been trying to master this one for years and still not succeeded! My hand looks like a startled spider and the coin manages to rise about two centimeters.
I used the John Cornelius video to learn the effect. Does anyone from the UK have any good tips on this one, as I find most of our coins too small for the effect? |

Hi Grazza,
Try the old English Penny. I hate using something that 'looks like a gimmick' but I spin this by saying They don't make money the way they used to. The old coins had more ....? and let me show you what I mean...... You can't do that with the money you have now. Of course the best coin is the French 5 franc piece from the war years. 194something. You'll know it when you find one, it is as light as a feather and really flies. TJ |

grazza,
I had the same problem with m. pass but now I can do it with both hands I can shoot the coin upto 12 inches. Heres how you get the hang of m pass. Few tips.... don't try with a coin in your practice, Get a wooden chip about 1 n half inch in dia. and don't give too much presure while shooting the coin. Do you live anywhere near the north west ??? |

Hi,
I can do muscle pass quite well now, and I mainly do it for "the coin that falls up". Is that any other uses for this move? |

this will take quit a bit of practice, i have learned to do a silver dollar pretty darn high now, sometimes almost 18 inches.
this really is very strong, and i follow it with a floating bill, but i use the muscle pass first.
It's not the size of the wand,
but the magic in it ! |

She screamed in the middle of the coffee shop. They feel the coin go right through their hand. You have got to try it. I'll try to find the magazine. |

The musce pass is good for a great deal more than just shooting a coin straight up. (Although, I admit, it is pretty cool to see that.)
But picture this: You have a coin in your hand. You turn your hand over (while turning it, you muscle pass the coin to your topit or a pocket, or a servante and you have some real magic... ). You now turn your hand back and it is empty. The coin has disapeared. And to those of us who can't shoot a coin up 12" (yet...) you would be amazed how far you can shoot one sideways BroDavid
If you stand for nothing, you will fall for anything.
