Hi..
james randi once showed a esp-trick. He gave out five espcards to be shuffled by a spectator, the spectator then took two - not knowing what cards - and put them face to face. He then put them into an envelope. The spectator doesn't know which he has put in the envelope. Then randi can tell what cards that are in the envelope , and which is att the front and which is at the back, so to speak. This seem to fit into my show. My immediate solution is a double envelope that "exchanges" the cards. However, the envelope should then appear pretty thick. Any other ideas or sources to this probably very easy trick? There must be some thinking of it, because the working that I myself can come up with is to transparent. It was in a lecture at princeton university cheers! |

THen however the effect is duplicated will not other people come up with that same workable solution? Whether they are right or wrong, a workable solution is how they will think it was done, so they have a solution. The effect does not sound so good to me. And maybe methods could/should be discussed in the secret sessions thread. Paul |

I suggested a couple of ideas in Secret Sessions, in a weak moment.
