Your all being entirely unfair to the man, you may use this as your standard everday wallet, and I can understand why. And obviously it is possible to use this as an everyday wallet.
However, when one buys an everyday wallet one expects it to have a place that is DESIGNED to hold money, cash, bills, papery things with heads of states on. And the chap that bought this wallet has found that there is no such place for his money. And he wanted to warn everybody about that. Sure there seem to be lots of places you COULD put your money, but even Alan Rorrison had to post a SPECIAL place to keep the cash. Thanks for looking out for us Niva. However, if you like the look of the wallet all the fan-boys here say there is no question that you CAN use this as an everyday. Cool Jon Hackett

Jon. Please don't take what I stated as rude. As I said before, it was not intended to be. I just wanted to clear a few things up. He clearly states that it cant hold bills when it can. I also simply clear up the confusion about the definition of a wallet. I also would not consider it a special place. Just a safer place in my opinion, to keeo your cash
Now pleased don't call me a "fan boy" ( A person who is completely loyal to a game or company reguardless of if they suck or not. 2. A pathetic insult often used by fanboys themselves to try and put down people who don't like whatever it is they like.) which again I am far from it. I like the one product from the said company and as I stated I am nothing to do with the said company. Niva is entitled to his opinion and as you state is entitled to " look out" for every one but he asked me a question and had some concerns which I answered. He based that opinion on his 2 nights a week work and that's fine. But I have an opinion and I base it on my working time with the wallet and I should be able to post that opinion with out being called derogatory names. Now I'm not looking for an argument here I'm just clearing things up as always Alan |

Your right Alan, sorry if I caused any offence at all!
I didn't think 'fan-boys' was derogatory, and as such didn't intend it that way. At all. I just thought the treatment of Niva was unfair. So please accept (if you want to) my whole hearted apology. Jon Hackett

Thanks Alan for the tip. But still it's not a good idea for me.
Your idea is there because you couldn't place your bills anywhere else, so for a lack of place you chose the id pocket. I feel that a project like this that took a lot of time to research the appropriate wallet etc (as is said on the DVD itself) could have could have at least studied the idea of where to place the bills. First of all a wallet without visible bills may arise suspicions. But that doesn't bother me much really, it's something that rarely happens. What bothers me is the fact that if you place bills with something else, they might accidentally drop while you take out the other object. And working with the wallet 2 nights or six or seven does not make much of a difference really, because we are talking about the efficiency of the wallet as a "WALLET" I prefer a wallet that can do what all that a normal wallet does and more. I believe in the 24/7 magician and this is one of those effects that should really help with that. I also always stay away from those enormous tall wallets that go in coat pockets. Those are rarely used anymore, at least here in Malta. Anyway, just a little thought could have made this wallet more useful. I felt like buying a car without any seats. It still works but... I never in anyway suggested the wallet is not good for the magical purposes it was intended. I am not trying to be rude either but I was really frustrated to find that missing thing in a nicely and well made wallet.
Yours,
Ivan |

No problem Niva. Ill go on the record as saying that in my opinion this is a very efficient every day wallet also. As it IS my every day wallet. It has enough space for cash, cards, and all else I would carry in there. If it does not suit your needs there really is nothing more I can say to ya but I'm just letting folks know it DOES do what you say it cant.
don't worry about it Jon. I was not being unfair or treating him badly. Just arising a few points with his statement. On a side not Niva, check out the jerry oconnel wallet. I know this one will suit your needs as its the one I used before the blacks wallet. Ill see if I still have my old one in a box some where. If so ill send it along to you mate |

Although I am still on the quest for the ultimate wallet which includes the following: ctw peek switcher multiple outs

I was just about to say that too Mark, I should have thought it is exactly what you want Ivan, but truthfully no one has the wallet yet, so can never be sure. But it seems like it is gunna be a monster!

Mark must have deleted his post. That's a really awesome looking wallet. Only regret it does not have a zippered compartment. But hey you can't have it all.

Hi guy's (& ladies:S)..
I have the CTW WALLET.... one word..its okay!.. for all the people that dnt want an 60.70's style ctw its all good... okay its not the best wallet outta there..but it does the job and there are v v very simialr "normal" looking wallets out there that pretty much matches the blacks ctw!!.. its got a nice compartment & is easy to load..i like the signed folded ctw version, (thats the presentation I use)..as its not only how the !@#$ did that get in..its also an extra "puzzler" as the card is folded too !!.. .(mercury card fold is best way!!)... over all a good working wallet practical easy to use 8/10.. |

I recently bought the wallet at a reduced price for £5 and I still feel ripped off. The wallet has a horribly obvious loading point and doesn't even function as a normal wallet. My advice is to avoid like the plague!
