...not useless, of course. But is there some routine that specifically requires the older-style flipper?
As a side note, my Johnson flipper has some distortion on the heads side. It's nothing that a spec would notice (I'm not complaining, I still think it's a great value), but is this common? KRINTZ |

Not really because from what I know, they aren't expanded...i use both flippers...i use the old style for my vanishing coins under glass and my bob swalding double deception routine.

No It depends on what you need then to do! I thank thank there is a lot more you can do with a Grav-Fliper, Bit there both have there uses!

My old style flipper pretty much sits in my drawer since I got the gravity flipper.

They aren't obsolete. Curtis Kam's routine uses one, it can be done with a gravity flipper, but I think his reasoning is great. Ask him about it, he loves it.

It is in print, It's called Mr. Eclectic. it's in his lecture notes.
