I know a few people have posted on how this is done as gazzo's info on his vid is a bit lacking but I saw Tim Kelly does the same move with his juggling act and kinda shows how its done. See: http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=YRPGtOhfytc at the 35 sec mark.

That's the closest thing I've seen to Gazzo's spin, which as you can tell from Tim's hand position, allows Gazzo to spin the wand while holding out a ball.

That's a great vid!
A while ago I looked for resources on different types of wands spins. Someone directed me to the books of the drummer Tim Stockmal, but this is great stuff! Never thought to look for juggling club flourishes for inspiration (in fact did not know jugglers did flourishes with clubs!) |
