Chris, you'd be surprised how many kids these days are aware of what's going on in other countries, at least the ones where there is "bad stuff" going on. Young people are trying to be more globally aware these days, or maybe people are just so oversensitive these days, they care about everything...who knows? I personally don't care who I upset, but I'd rather work smarter, not harder.

People are WAY TOO oversensitive about almost anything. I once was performing for a table and reached for my glasses and I said, "I'm blind without these."
Yep, the lady said that wasn't funny because her sister was blind. I should have taken a fork and blinded her. It is good to work smarter. But these days, almost anything you say can offend someone.

I really don't think political correctness should be brought into this trick. I fail to see how it is even relevant...I mean, using overly inflated money isn't harmful to Zimbabwe in any way, shape or form. Unless, of course, there is some new kind of "-ism" (racism, sexism, etc.) revolving around the taking advantage of one's, for lack of a better word, cruddy currency.

It's a highly topical issue, and an interesting item. You produce a billion dollar, and people will be more interested in the note than the trick. That's just how it is.
SOME people may see this rather frivolous piece of magic as taking advantage of a terrible situation. Am I offended by this? NO! Am I offended on other peoples behalf? NO. But SOME people are, and these SOME people may be hiring me. Why take the risk? |

I think it is good way to present current events information in a sensitive way. The world needs to know that our economy isn't a wreck (only bad).
