Conceding that wishing is a fruitless exercise...still we're all human and we all do it to some degree.
With that in mind, I thought it would be an interesting topic to see what everyone wishes for. I'll start of with a couple: I wish I had treated my wife with a little more kindness before she died. I wish the oil execs would get a conscience I wish there was a way to tell spammers that they are wasting their time with me I wish I could find a way to feed hungry children (Please..no judging or criticizing of others wishes in this thread. Let's keep it civil and friendly)

I really don't wish as at the same time I have no regrets. I find the two are often related as the one can feed the other.
In the same vein, I do hope for things, but I don't know if that is considered a wish though. I hope that I will continue to be supportive of my children in their goals and in their failures. |
