Maybe there is certain liquid we can wipe on the glass in advance so the white substance will leave no residue. Or the residue might wipe off with ease. Maybe spray "Pam" or olive oil will work. |

I switched from OOM to a mix of water and non-dairy creamer. There is no oily residue left behind if you use the fat-free non-dairy creamer - which I do. Just add creamer to water till the right opaqueness is achieved and you are good to go.

I just used the Rice Dream Rice Milk in two shows today and all I can say is WOW!
I'll be using this from now on. I was happy when the children in the audience started to chant "drink it, drink it" to my assistant. (happy I didn't have to worry!) They sell it in 32 oz shelf stable containers so I can pack it and not worry about it spoiling that fast. It costs 3.99 but I lucked out and it was on sale for 2.99 the other day. A bit more expensive than OOM but I really like it and think it's worth it! Thanks for all the tips on this! |

II'm with lbean58 on this. I just use real milk that I water down. I rinse the pitcher after the show. Too much hassle for me today. I don't like the danger of wetting my other props. I have ruined a couple of silks in transport.
