Word of warning, ALWAYS call penguin.
I've had way to many problems with their emails, which is why I usually buy elsewhere. If you get mad, you might get a free download off of it.

I'm seriously thinking of picking it up myself (from a reliable dealer here in the UK - Alakazam)

I spoke with customer service today on the phone. The lady I spoke with was VERY nice. It seems that I was not supposed to have my copy yet. The DVDs are in but the booklets are not. The preorders will not ship until the booklets are in. I was told that would be sometime this week.

5 to 10 preorders were inadvertently shipped before the mistake was realized. Mine was one of those. I guess that means hooray for me.

Alakazam are definitly the way to go when ordering anything. And with their new USA branch everyones a winner.

What are your thoughts on the booklet?

I just read it.
It's a good introduction to a cold reading system. He supplies a card effect that you can use to get the system working for you.

Not a bad little freebie. It's very basic and if you have anything else on cold reading, chances are it won't be much.

Haven't watched the dvd yet due to the fact that I'm going to pick blueberries and play softball, but I will soon.
