Add/create your own cards/instant stooge/whatever else... I've just got some - they are a tiny bit fiddly to start with, but you soon get the knack, also - the clubs seem to be just that tiny bit bigger than the real thing.. but it's all the same font and all that jazz...enjoy...

How well do the pips stay on a regular playing card?

Don't know yet, I've been adding them to envelopes the same colour as the pips and things like that...
it seems to be decent adhesive..the only problem I see is that they may "catch" if too many are used on the one card amongst regular cards... I was thinking of using them as markings almost on other objects...be good for that "special" card that you may need, or as a replacement for a particular mis-indexed card, rather than buy a whole new deck...

Alan,
Thanks for the info. I was considering getting them for a special project, but it sounds like they will not suffice. Richard S |

Haines had something like this that was made by Letraset about 30 years ago. If you prepared the card surfaces properly, they worked fairly well. The only problem was that the pips were for a bridge sized deck.
Someone else, Busby, I think, came out with them in poker size. Both products were that transfer material that Letraset used, though, and not the material these folks in France are selling.

Abraxus, by "catch" do you mean they stick to other normal cards? Being made from vinyl I would think that they would stick.
Thanks edh

I'm just saying that because theyre stuck on, it'll have a raised surface, in some effects you may find they catch; as in one normal card may if slid back into the deck may cause it to catch against the raised edges of the sticker..

Just tried it - no sticking..just catching if a normal card happens to hit your special one...no big deal though, acts as an injog!
there's loads of work arounds isn't there, so nothing to fret over really...

Could this be used to make your own S***t cards then?

Or indeed is the extra thickness enough to aid in cutting the deck at a certain place? To help a spectator cut where you want?

Blimey - just thought I'd mention 'em, didn't think I'd have to road test out different ideas!
I don't see how it could transform a normal card into a s***t card? unless my asteriks are incorrect... and no, they're not THAT thick as to act like a crimp...maybe if you doubled or tripled up a pip it may be so...but I'm not wasting mine to see! but what's wrong with the humble c***p? anyway - they're not that expensive, if you have an idea, treat yourself and experiment.. they also do mis-coloured packs too..and with further examination, the clubs look perfect once they're attached to a card...

I wasn't thinking so much of a crimp as such, more the Ted Lesley-esque way of giving you an edge as far as that's concerned. But many thanks for your road testing!
And they're on my list of things I'd like to get - they sound like a good way to fire the imagination |

Think this looks like a marvelous way to make one's own TOD or mind power deck adaptations.

Great idea, but why do they stick you with one sheet of off-colored cards pips? What's the percentage of need on red club pips or Black diamonds? Most of us would be wasting half our loot each purchase, no? I'd think they'd give you 2 sheets of regular and a choice to buy the off-color sheets
