I assume you're talking about the Andrew Mayne book. Some effects in there are crumpling up a piece of paper and when you throw it into the audience, it turns into a paper airplane.

I can't remember the name off the top of my head, but there is a head cutting illusion with just a paper bag from a grocery store.

The one that I use most frequently is "Mutant Puppy." The ending is a balloon dog of 2 different colors. (You can see that and 2 other balloon things at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Cardist/files/Magic%20Tricks/ under Balloon Animal Fun)

There's a 4 ace location and also a no-gaff version of B'Wave, called A'Wave.

It has a bunch of off-beat effects.
