Couger,
They are cabinet hinges that have an "L" shape to one side of the hinge. Jim

Rich B - your table looks better than Lefler's! (more professional, imo). Congratulations!

I am finally going to fork over the cash to get me a nice suitcase table. I bought one once from a magic swap meet years ago. It is beat up now and needs to be replaced. Besides, it was old and it took too long to set up. Being that I might travel from country to country, I want my act to look like it's up-to-date. But, the question I have is, how do you travel with a suitcase table by plane? Is it best to put it into a foam covered traveling case. Of course that will take more expense, but if I have to then I might consider buying one or the other, but not both.

I would not travel on a plane with a suitcase table. They throw the luggage, and as a result you never know what condition it would be in when at your destination. I don't think even padding would save it, maybe only an ATA case with custom padding. The hinge is the part that is the point that would get a lot of stress.
You may find that a take apart design would be better or something that folds flat. |
