Stars of magic is correct. He also used to use crumpled napkins for that routine. When I saw him perform it he used Red napkins to perform it not dollar bills and it was a cool routine. That would have been about 1979.
That was my first exposure to a Vernon cup routine and what I thought many people were refering to when I first started in magic. I later saw him perform his signature routine with the engraved cups and it was amazing to see in person. Funny how things are new when your starting out...or at least curious. There is also video of Vernon doing a routine with paper Dixie cups which was later put on tape. Research is fun, Mobius |

How should I place Dai Vernon's routine then?
3 cups - 3 working balls with a magic wand - and 3 big solid final loads 3 paper covered glasses - 3 crumpled dollar bills - HOW ABOUT FINAL LOADS??? Help appreciated here. Thanks! |
