What are your favorite flourish(es) from "The Encyclopedia of Playing Card Flourishes"?

I tend to like the "Aerial" Flourishes. Juggling Cards and Packets, Aerial Cuts, Overhead Springs, and I also like some of the flourishes using a table.
I need to re-read the stuff on fans and arm spreads because I really suck at those. K.C. |

Can anyone do the decktwirl that Jerry does beautifully on Superhandz, and is this in the Encyclopedia? The same goes for the FanTwirl.

I just love the way the Tower Cut looks! When ever I wanna show a layman how adept I am with cards I always work my way up to eventually doing this cut/display of 8 packets, then I turn it upside down and then I show them the display from my view, then I kill them by showing them basic fans and then by balancing a birdy fan on my nose to cap it all off (try handing them a regular thumb fan that has no chance of balancing on anything afterward to get them to try and balance it so they can look at you even more amazed when they realize how hard it is after playing 52 card pick up).
