I'm doing a photo shoot in which I've asked the photographer to release ownership of the photos to me. He's agreed, but we want to make the agreement more formal. Is anyone aware of a free property release form template (NOT A MODEL RELEASE) in which the photographer agrees to give me sole ownership of the photos from the photo shoot?
Any help is appreciated! Thanks, Kevin |

Specifically I think you want a copyright release.
here are a few samples you can modify to suit your needs: http://www.captainjack.com/dm/Copyright2.html http://www.moviestartanning.com/2007/que......ease.htm http://jais.aisnet.org/copyright.htm |

Those are really useful references Carducci provided through the links. I find them helpful for my own use too. Thanks Carducci.
