We think this knock off is a good thing because it highlights just how fantastically made real Wolf Magic props are and it just goes to show they are not that easy to copy either.
The guy that made the copy must of thought at some stage in making the prop that it was all going horribly wrong. Chance is a gentleman, that's for sure but something tells us that he was actually more than flattered that this had been created. If you think about it, it's the highest possible compliment you can get ! |

There is no way I can ever consider a rip off a good thing. It rips off the inventor and it rips off the person who buys who think he is getting the superior prop. They always undercut the originals price and try to capitalize on the reputation of the original. Sometimes in their ads, they point out the difference in price. "why pay $1400 when you can have one for only $495." Lets add insult to injury and give them an award for being inovative in their copying of other effects.
I for one am very tired of the ho hum attitude abour rip offs. I have at least two manufacturers who are no copying my intellectual design of feather rose flowers. Maybe it is time these would be experts do a little research and development on their own. Chance, you were much nicer than I will ever be under such circumstances. Richard

Richard,
Please do not mistake my lighthearted attitude. This was not a Commercial offense. This was a one of a kind home built prop. It was done SO POORLY that I had to laugh!! I do not support or ignore Pirating Rip Offs in ANY way. Trust me, if a commercial manufacturer tried to rip me off, I have my economical defense system in place... A Torch and Mapquest! Chance
