Anyone know where I can learn the signed bill inside a ball of yarn trick? Where would be the BEST place to learn this?

I can't think of a signed bill to ball of yarn, specifically. Most "in yarn" effects I've seen are with coins or rings. I can think of a few ways to do it, but I don't know where or whether they are marketed as such. You could certainly use yarn with many versions of bill/card to lemon, orange, or other impossible location.
Magician: "Could you please tell the audience what is written on the bill?" Volunteer: "My name." Magician: "Thank you very much!"

The ring to ball of yarn is popular.

Always check the classics first. There is a basic version for a signed coin to ball of yarn in Tarbell 7, but it could be somewhat easily modified to fit a ring or signed bill.
