Hi all,
I need help tracking down the specific citation for the Annemann quotation "Audiences are far from being as dumb as some performers seem to think". I'm writing a paper that's due on thursday the 17th, so if anyone knows the source of this quotation (a page number in that source would be excellent), I'd appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks, Paul.

You're a magician...so cheat, write any date, page number, and then give credits to Anneman. Who would know?
Just kidding, sorry I can't help. Kuffs |

Sorry, don't know that either. I think Kuffs is right. Just write it down. You know it is there, we know it is there; and your tutor will have no idea where to get the book.
I do that all the time. |

Unfortunately, this is for my comprehensive; which determines whether they'll give me a diploma or not. I may just have to leave it out, if I can't find the source. It's not critical to the thesis, but it fits well; and adds an interesting bit of spice.
Paul.

I think Alfred Hitchcock said something along the lines of that, but I thought it contained the word "smarter"; as in "Audiences are far smarter than some performers seem to think".
