People lost jobs and income. That's never positive. But maybe they'll release a full season DVD and those royalties can still be paid.

Unfortunately, some seem to think their concept is the only relevant one.

Like Robin Hood, they steal (Or would have others) steal from those who have what he/they think shouldn't have, and give to those whom he/they think deserve it.

If someone takes the crap out of his car he will see a problem, but what is taken out of our car is unneeded anyway.

This is a common flaw that people have, the blithe and simple-minded belief that they have some understanding that others do not. Theft is still theft, bit some here will call it unfortunate that the theft against us went awry... Sad, but not unexpected.
Magic is doing improbable things with odd items that, under normal circumstances, would be unnessecary and quite often undesirable.

Well, lets be honest, its starting to look more and more like Val Valentino is an outstanding businessman. Of course, Hugh Hefner and Larry Flint are outstanding businessmen too!

Read the above post and you must conclude that this show is a huge success. Look at what he has done. Now as producer, I’m sure he gets a really nice percentage of all of this. He can put just about anyone in that mask and pay them minimum wage if he wants to. Anyone associated with this show should know they are participating something that is wrong. But for them, its just a job. Val is the one who started all of this and he is the one pushing it to new heights---or new LOWS.

Bottom line- Val Valentino is making a small fortune by being totally unethical

He's not alone... drug dealers do it every day, as do bank robbers and other thieves like him. It's sadly not unusual in the criminal world. Anyone can make money by robbing others. That is the essence of what he's doing. Stealing the ideas of others for his own financial gain. He has tried to justify it by saying he's trying to force magicians to be more creative and other folderal... but we all know the truth.

Yes, he's making money but at what cost?

Many were approached in Los Angeles for this project and turned them down. They just kept going further and further down the food chain until they hit rock bottom... dug some down more, turned over a rock and found Val.
