I like it. Very nice graphics.
After much soul searching about a signature, I decided not to have one.

I really liked that Dorian, bravo!
Nice graphics, appropriate music, each of the magic clips were short & sweet, nice variety of magic showcased overall given the demographic I think you're aiming for, good job. You probably could have pushed that to two and and half minutes if you had the right clips but that was certainly long enough to wet people's appetite. My advice, start handing those babies out! Dorian I liked it !
The one comment I would make is in regards to the music except for the last few seconds. (guitar sounded good and modern) I had visions of my uncle playing the accordion when I was kid 100 years ago it seemed. It was just to dated in my opinion. Does anyone play the accordion anymore?? Well except on the Lawrence Welk Show. Oh wait a second that show isn't on anymore. Just an opinion. I did like the graphics and your show looked F U N !! David Paul

Very Nice I really like it!!
Could I ask what is the routine where you have the card stuck to your head and you hide it with the big card?? I am very interested in that!! Thanks. Tom. |

Card on Forehead was Michael Finney. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=po8fvUXAvDA
You can find it on his Lake Tahoe series. It is VERY funny. I don't do it like him though...no one could. He is a one off kinda guy... Thanks for all the kind words and advice... Dorian

A little long for what it was/is, you could easily chop 30 seconds off.
My biggest complaint: A graphic shows up and says "Family Entertainment" then the next clip is of you playing with fire!!! Not Good. I was waiting for the needle thru the balloon next? I'm sure it's in your act somewhere. I can't stand when I see "family", "Kiddies" and or "children’s" entertainers using fire or doing tricks with needles. And yeah, I heard all the B.S. excuses..."I tell them not to do this, I do it because I'm a professional"... Drop the fire. It looks like you have enough toys to play with on stage; you don't need to be playing with fire around kids. Other than that, nice job with the editing, the graphics are a little overkill, though. |

No, no needle thru balloon....though I have done that before.
The fire eating thing has really haunted me for some time. I got into it because my primary competition here was doing it. It seemed like everytime someone called (for a kids party) they would ask if I did fire eating. These people would be disappointed if I said no. So I set out to learn fire eating to get the shows. It is requested more often than not, but I have and continue considering dropping it. Thanks, Dorian

Come on Dorian, bad excuse.
If the competition were downs' palming ten silver dollars and producing them one at a time, would you do that too? lol! Just busting, yo. But seriously, I would not do anything dangerous in front of kids. Drop the fire and maybe your competition will look at you and want to start emulating what you do?! Go not where there is a path and be a follower, instead go where there is no path and be a leader! Good luck – |

From a what kind of magic do you do I think this video is pretty good...from a marketing 'I'm your potential customer and what benefits are you going to give me over all your other competition?"...this video pretty well sucks!
As a performer, I really like it! My comments may be harsh but I truly want to help you...however I realise that we are not in the 'Tricky Business' section so I'm holding my full review back. Warm regards, Martin. |

Saying something "pretty well sucks" (without putting forth any ideas) is how you truly help someone?? Okay then...
