Buy a good paper gillotine. I have a small one about a foot square that I use for all my special card work. They can be purchased at any offic supply.

Hi Ekozuch,
I've just checked out the The Card Collection website here in the U.K. They can supply a hand held tool which will round off corners of short cards. If you go to their website at http://www.cards4magic.co.uk in the Accessories section you will see the device listed. I can recommend The Card Collection, they have always, whenever I have used them, provided a superb service. Hope this helps, Lester |

You need a 1/8" corner rounder for USPCC pokersize cards.
I am not sure about the one, Lester mentions.... is this really 1/8"? I doubt.

My comment was in agreement to your statement about the one on the above web site being in fact .25! I knew you were correct on the 1/8!

There's a nice Owen card trimmer and corner rounder on Ebay right now for a "buy it now" price of $7000.00!
There's nothing on the market that "does it all at once", but either the Owen or the Joe Porper card trimmer will certainly do the job for you. Failing that, you might want to check up on the "poor mans" solution, which is a Line-Lo card trimmer along with a hand held corner rounder. http://www.martinsmagic.com/?html=full&key=2473 http://www.holepunch.com/cornerrounding.htm The Line-Lo's go in and out of stock as they're hand made, low volume items. Usually seen at Hank Lee's or Stevens Magic. The corner rounder is the Mieth 45-CR This combination is a great package for around $250.00 |

I use a guilotine and just put PVC tape to mark the right length. You just but the cards up to the edge of the tape and trim

I made a gig to go on my radial arm saw with a carbide blade. the gig compress's the whole deck I place a scrap card on the bottom and top. I have used it to make striper decks and Svengali decks out of company logo decks. This has helped me customize my card routines for getting jobs at clubs and bars that have decks with there own logos.
