6'3" isn't tall, that starts at 6'5". I worked with a guy who use to play in the NBA (not a star just a player who blew his knee and had to work for a living) and his legs are looong. He told me he has to get the seat by emergency exit for extra room. A few years ago the airlines reduced the size of the seats and spacing to fit a couple more seats in there.

I agree. 6'3" is not that tall, but I always seem to be the tallest person in the room? I don't understand it, where are all the tall people?
And I used to request an emergency door seat. But then they expect you to be helpful in the case of emergency! I'm like "don't depend on me". How many magicians do you know that are taller than 6'3"? And before you start naming, David Williamson is taller, but not Harry Anderson, neither is Todd Robbins. So, who else? |

Honestly I am not sure. I will see if I can find out. I would have to roughly say at least 6' 5". I will see if I can find out.

I would consider 6'3" to be tall. But what is tall is like talking about what is wet or what is cold. I met Harry Anderson at a meeting; even if he is not over 6'3", he still towered over most everyone else in the room.
Here's a chart with some data ... for example, among 50 year old white men in the U.S., only 5% are taller than 6'2". Among 25 year old white men in the U.S., only 5% are taller than 6'3". http://www.halls.md/chart/MenHeightWhite.gif
Make America Great Again! - Trump in 2020 ... "We're a capitalistic society. I go into business, I don't make it, I go bankrupt. They're not going to bail me out. I've been on welfare and food stamps. Did anyone help me? No." - Craig T. Nelson, actor.

I read an article about Night Court being the tallest show on TV and Harry is 6'4".
My grandfather was 6'6" and the shortest of his family, his tallest brother was 6'11", I remember my grandfather being afraid they would cut off his feet for the coffin though they told him they would just fold his legs. My cousins on my moms side are all tall, even have girls over 6'. My mom at 5'10" was the shortest in her family and my father at 5'9" was the tallest in his family...so my family is all 5'11 to 6'1" for siblings, we avoided the super height thanks to dad! |
