Just received my new John Mendoza Combo Satin Copper cups from RNT and they are fantastic. The stacking of these cups are perfect with zero tilting. When I drop three 1" balls into the cup I can nest a second cup with absolutely no problem, and there is no sticking. It does not get better than this!
Place a ball on the saddle of one cup, gently stack another cup, say the magic words, and lift that second cup and the ball is GONE! Easy to make the ball re-appear on the table, and re-appear into a shot glass as well. The weight of all three cups appear to be the same, I cannot tell the difference with my bare hands. Although, these cups appear to be a bit heavier than a non-combo set of copper cups. These cups have huge potential and I feel so lucky to have them. Epiphany did an excellent job on these babys. If you are interested in these cups you better hurry and order them, this may be your last chance to buy the best John Mendoza Combo cups in the world! Have fun folks! Madkiki |

Ironically I couldn't resist putting an order in for these cups so it's good to see another positive review!
Can't wait for my set now |

Kipee,
The Mendoza Combo's have had nothing but rave reviews! Based on what I keep hearing from customers as well as understanding a smidge of the tech talk I get from Jake, these are some bad (good) mamajama's! I also have a set coming my way soon and I'm really looking forward to em! Another cool thing about these cups is that they are not mass produced and will now be even more collectible with RNT ending production! I have some other items made by Jake that were limited runs so I know I have one of a very small lot! Now I'm just trying to decide what other pieces I want to add to my cherished collection before they're gone! Mick |

I had the same plan so tried to get hold of a few end of lines and one off sets from Jake and the gang and have never been disappointed with what arrives at my door I have some lovely wooden one off chop cups from RNT and I LOVE them, and with the addition of these Mendoza cups and a set of gazzos, I'll have a lovely little collection emerging.
And I agree, as soon as my first set of spun cups arrived from RNT2, I've never looked back. There's just something special about them |

I've posted before about the Mendoza set, and I don't mind repeating that they are my favorite cups of all time. The heft, and feel, along with the action of the chop, make this the perfect set for any combo or standard C&B routine. You will love these cups!

Madkiki,
You will love them… will you keep them shiny or let them turn? Enjoy your new babies, Bruce |

Yeah...there sweet. A day doesn't go by that I don't practice with my set.
I use them as 'regular' cups also with no gaff ball. The cups do ALL the moves that one needs to do for a great routine. Seeing 3 inch balls nest on top of a cup is nice. Hardly fall off. Took me a while to set the gaff ball though, now it picks up nice just like you say madkiki. Congrats and let us know what you do with them. -Scott M |

I am going to allow them have a nice patina, don't think I will have the energy to shine all my copper cups.
As far as my routine goes, I still have a lot to learn. Recently saw Rannie Raymundo's routine and I liked it, his hand movements were very interesting to watch. Recently placed an order for a custom made shrunken head and hope to use it in my future routine. Have fun folks! Madkiki |

Say Madkiki, where does one find shrunken heads? sounds like a cool final load to me.
