Doing an effect with one of the cool Outlaw Wallets leaves a lasting impression.

Monsieur Las Vegas,
Penguin Magic has it available if you are able to order from them. I recently ordered the Workers DVD Vol I which has the Pothole effect on it.

@ Jim

Thanks for your comment.

So I'll order the DVD, cause the Pothole-Trick as alone seems not to be available there too.

I used Business Cardiographic at a stroll around event the other evening and it went down really well. Two members of the lay audience were literally sitting therewith their mouths open in disbelief. I made up the cards myself using heavy 285gsm printable business card stock from a company called Decadry and a good quality inkjet printer from the graphics contained on the DVD. My only problem in making up the gaffs was that the cards had to be timmed by about 3mm to fit my Out to Dinner Clip. In my humble opinion - well worth the time and effort to put this together.

Check out the two vol dvd's 'The Sankey Sanders Session'

He has a really magical business card effect where your initials magically jump from one business card to a second business card which the spectator has initialed (and is holding on to). It's a very visual and magical looking effect and uses a very powerful hook (the spectators own initials) so the trick becomes personal and memorable. It is very easy to perform and uses a 'double' OTL

I have been using it at every gig for the past three years and it gets amazing reactions

Another excellent effect is Larry Becker's Digitellus.

I used my stack and a double blank businnes card
I pretend to give a "normal", but I find that this card its completely blank.
Maybe next a few subtleties to show the other cards blank also
and next, I used the Twirl Change , and fixed the problem
Reset instantly, and very good moment of magic
I hope do you like it
bye!

I believe Follow the Queen (A.K.A. Monte Deluxe) is a trick that you reveal your business card in a Monte like routine. It's to the point i.e. to give out your business card, but it involves a gaff.

My favorite part is putting the gaffs in the spectators hands...it gives you that warm fuzzy feeling inside! - Bob Kohler

I have used 21st Century Phantom by Oz Perlman. I like the way Oz puts a magnet on the back of the buisness card to hand out. Last time I performed it, everyone thought it was a gaff until they saw it was my business card. I also like Hot Leads very much.

I like El Duco's Business Card Printer. It is so casual and floors them every time.

Sankeys uses a gaff and is easier to perform

Close's leaves them with a moment 'frozen in time'
