Finally had it with AT&Ts crappy service and idiot tech help. Ripped it out of the wall.

When my modem dumped I was OFF LINE. TWO of their idiots told me they would get back to me by eMAIL after they ran tests on the line!!!! Hello? Is there a moron in there somewhere? It seems to them you don'tr need to be on internet to get your eMail. Good grief!

Plus the tel prompt system is the worlds most obnoxious...the only way to get through to a live agent is to swear at it! (true!)

Anyway I need DSL...am using a temp Dial Up (that actually is working pretty good) qalmost as good as AT&Ts lousy socalled DSL.

Any suggestions????
