Can someone direct me to an online source that sells balloons that when inflated will form almost perfect spheres. It would also be great if I could get chrome or silver ones. Thanks in advance.

Though you may feel your being specific this is a rather vague description of your needs.
Round balloons come in mylar and in latex, by mentioning chrome I deduced a need for something really shiny. Neither balloon type will create a BALL if this your goal. A product that might achieve this is called balzac http://www.balzactoys.com My suggestion is to get one see the construction and create your own to your dimensions. Keep in mind, helium will not make this float, if that is your goal. Use a shiny mylar cloth. Another way to make a balloon look less ballooney is to use a large balloon and undersize it. tape the nozzle to itself.
