Hi! I hope you can help in something. Well, I need to perform 2 big illusions in a big school project and I would be very grateful, if anybody can help me seek of one. Already got one chosen (Assistant´s Revenge), so we only need to find one more to buy or build. We also have a little budget on the show and it is about 1000$ for 1 illusion. This money also needs to include 18% from the illusion for taxes and also shipping money to Estonia so, not very much money to play with. Despite that, can anyone of you find any big illusion (like levitation on suspension or even some trunk) or anything that looks good on stage and is seen from a distance and of course will fit in budget. If you have found anything that fits post a link to the illusion or just post the name that you will think will fit.
With very big thanks, Fred NB! Hope you all understood what I was thinking of. Sorry for my bad english. |

Andrew Maynes "Razorwire" and the Lestor Lake Guillotine. Both should cost you well under $1000.
Razorwire does not need to be built from PVC, it can be wood, metal, heck you could even walk through a tree!

Fred,
Try Jim Gerrish's Books. He has plans for a number of PVC illusions. You can check it out at the Magic Nook: Click here. David
Yes, I am a magician. No I did not make my hare (hair) disappear... it just took early retirement.

They have a few illusions that meet your criteria and they have such good customer service that I'm sure they will find a way to ship things to Estonia quickly. |

Mark Wilson's Complete Course in Magic has a fair number of highly inexpensive illusions that play quite well.

Try and look at http://www.magicauction.com for second hand illusions.
If you have good hands look at http://www.osborneillusionsystems.com for illusion plans you can build yourself for small boduget. In many mgaic books you can find basic illusions you can make from carton or wood. With nice painting they can look good on stage and want cost too much.
