Maybe their business is just off the hook. I don't know. In an era of print media drying up like the Sahara, my gut would tell me they could use all the business they can drum up. After several emails to their advertising department, I left several messages by phone and still haven't heard a thing from them. I was actually looking to spend a fair amount of money advertising with them but no word. They don't seem interested. Either that or it's truly the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. Has anyone had any similar experiences with them? If I don't hear from them soon, I'll turn to Genii.
Thanks

Why not advertise on the Café? (If you don't already.)

In my book they have ALWAYS been on top of things. I have been a subscriber since day one, and I also know Stan. He is a great guy and an upstanding businessman. No need to go badmouthing them.
Keep trying, something obviously is wrong somewhere but they do not deserve to be besmirched by an angry old coot. If you act like this, I can only imagine what a PIA you'd be with the advertising. Quick side: Some DH, called the office yesterday looking for a "large" order of D'lites. 2 dozen...lol We told him that the color he was looking for is due in next week. "Oh, that's not good, I need them right away! I'd hate to have to get some Boot leg." He was told "good luck" |

And the knock offs are crap. I have had a real one and a knock off given to me. Big difference. One I automatically pulled the guts out to use as a TT. The real one I gutted a few months ago after having it for years and never using it but lost my TT.
