I've been doing the folding $2 to 2 $1's to a $5 trick, (I don't know what it is called) for about four years. I was in a magic store recently and the owner asked me if I had thought about using a TT for swtiching the bills. Maybe I'm just dense, but does anyone have any ideas on how to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just curious, but if you were interested it seems the magic dealer should have suggested a source you could purchase. Ammar also has a video on doing the switch.

I think if you have the TT and you have the bills it won´t be as hard to figure out your own way - O.K. burn me but I think even if you don´t use the "right" technique but one you are familliar with then do it.
(I performed CMH in my beginning, about one year, the wrong way and none came behind it!) Try and sucess will be guaranteed! |

Richard Saunder's video has an excellent routine where a tt is used to switch two bills. It is very visual, and the money to be changed is in the audience's view the complete time.

I recommend Michael Ammar's Classic Renditions on Thumbtip Bill Switch. The entire movie is on this single move and by looking at his hands you can see how good he is at this.
Perfect move, you can do this under artillery fire or on TV, and no one can figure it out. They will rewind the tape and still wont be able to see it. Very deceptive clean method for doing a switch. |
