J.K. Schmidt is an illustrator of magic literature with his work found in many books authored by Karl Fulves, Peter Duffie, Nick Trost, & J.K. Hartman; to name a few. He is also considered as an inventor and has authored several books on magic himself.
Does anyone know of his whereabouts and is he still living and illustrating? I think he is one of the best Magic literature illustrators of our time. His illustrations are clear and concise and I own many books that are illustrated by him. Cardamagically, Dom

Sad to say Joseph K. Schmidt died January 10, 2007.
