Although this isn't a "Magic video". This one makes me think of things like Troublewit and newspaper hat type acts.

Looks like a flea market pitch waiting to happen.
There is a similar plastic toy ball that expands and gets bigger in a similar fashion - I was thinking it would have made a nice object to float. -JoeJoe
