I saw Lior doing this excellent effect in London. I still remember how stunned people where! They asked Lior to repeat it and he did. It was agreat moment.

Wonderful app and trick! Its great and rare to see someone who understand magic and technology deeply. I wish I can write software too, so many ideas...
I have a couple of "analogic" ideas that I think that have the potential to make this trick even stronger. Although I desagree from Nate,I think he has a interesting point. But I think the focus could be misdirected from the IPhone if we use some other magic priciples. 1-Use a center tear or other peek method (peek wallet, etc), so you take the heat of the IPhone method. 2-Use a ESP (marked) Deck/stack/peek to know beforehand what your spectator have chosen. Love the trick. Love the IPhone. Thank you very much for your contribution to the magic community Lior! |

Thanks moilima for your kind words
The effect was desigend for the lay publik so they can show it to their lay audience. I agree with you that it will be stronger to use a center tear or marked cards for a stronger effect when a mentalist does it. I have B.Sc in Math and computer scince from 1988 but mived to magic and mentalism the next day after I finished Universty. I even started the second dgree but stopped and become a full time. 90% of my shows are for high tech companies and I can talk like an enegineer (but I am more funny) 
I didn't program it my self , I took young guys to do it with me. We are going to publish some more effects very soon stay tune iLior
